Our Story: Dedicated to Preserving Timepieces as Living Memories

About Clockworks Emporium
A Lifelong Passion for Time, History & the Things Worth Preserving
At Clockworks Emporium, clocks and antiques aren't simply our business — they have been lifelong passions.
Together, Bill and Evan bring more than 20 years of combined experience and expertise in clocks, clock repair, antiques, collectibles, and historical pieces. What began as two individual lifelong fascinations has grown into Clockworks Emporium and our shared mission of preserving the craftsmanship, history, and memories found in the treasures of generations past.
Evan — A Clockmaker at Heart
Evan's fascination with clocks began almost from infancy. While other children might have simply noticed a clock on the wall, Evan wanted to understand it — how it worked, why it ticked, and what made all those tiny gears and mechanisms work together.
That childhood curiosity quickly became a passion. Evan began working with clocks while still very young and, over the years, has received impressive hands-on training and developed extensive knowledge of mechanical timepieces and their repair.
Today, he brings that same fascination and patience to every clock entrusted to Clockworks Emporium. Whether working with a treasured cuckoo clock, a stately grandfather clock, or a mechanical timepiece that hasn't ticked in years, Evan approaches each one with respect for both its craftsmanship and its story.
Bill — A Love of Clocks, Antiques & History
Bill's fascination with clocks also began in childhood — although his inspiration came from a slightly more unusual source: Captain Kangaroo and the show's famous talking grandfather clock.
That childhood fascination never disappeared.
Over the years, Bill's interests expanded far beyond clocks into antiques, collectibles, history, and unusual treasures from around the world. Through decades of collecting, researching, buying, selling, and studying antiques, he developed extensive knowledge and a particular appreciation for understanding not only what an object is, but where it came from, when it was made, and the story it has to tell.
That philosophy is an important part of Clockworks Emporium today.
More Than a Clock Shop
Although antique and vintage clocks remain at the heart of what we do, Clockworks Emporium is also a dealer in antiques, collectibles, curiosities, vintage décor, and unique treasures.
We are drawn to objects with character — things that were beautifully made, have survived the passage of time, and deserve another chapter in their story.
Our customers range from experienced collectors to people who have never owned an antique before. Some come to us looking for a special piece for their home. Others bring us a clock that belonged to a parent or grandparent and simply want to hear that familiar tick or chime again.
Those are often the pieces that mean the most to us.
We understand that sometimes we're not simply repairing a clock or selling an antique. We're helping someone reconnect with a memory.
That's why our philosophy will always remain:
Clockworks Emporium — Preserving Memories, One Tick at a Time.
